Poor service

Poor service at paledi mall shoprite Mankweng.i went to Shoprite on the 4th August to withdraw sassa money for my mom and my kids.i waited on que for more than 1 hour to get to the till,whn I get there the Teller said I'm only allowed to withdraw cash from one card,she called the manager by the name of Sydney and he said I cannot get the money from both card,I went home 😢 without my mom's grant.my mom is old and she is sick.
