Poor service delivery

Good day I'm not happy with their customer service There's 2 cashiers at money market, they are slow and one of those cashier (Patricia) is helping her friends who does not wanna join the it's been 2hours now on the que, what kind of service is that

Please assist because there is of old people on the que we can't que for that long period of time
