Poor service delivery

I had a terrible experience with shoprite this weekend it was my mothers birthday and i had purchased a cake from shoprite and it was the worst cake that I have ever purchased. Firstly the cake was so flat compared what they showed me,secondly the cake was so badly decorated yo would have thought it was bought from an experimental class it was absolutely terrible there parts of the cake that didn't even have cream I mean really don't sell items that url can't make and rob the customers because especially with a cake u can't go last minute to go and buy something better.
