Poor service !!!

To: Shoprite Orange Farm Palm Springs Mall Service manager. I am heart broken 💔 by the poor service we received from your store dated 19 September 2023. We came in at 19h45 to buy few staff we were short with, while shopping the security guards constantly came to remind us that cashiers want to go home. Quickly after picking some few things we than went to the till point to pay, when we got to the till we greeted the cashier 3 times named Nosipho Mphithi who was not wearing her name badge. We got her name from the receipt. She ignored us and continued to do what ever that she was doing. The moment she decided to assist us , she complained how annoyed and irritated she is, by customers who came to the store at that time, talking to her colleague. She even went on saying she doesn't care whether we hear her or not but the buttom line is that she's annoyed. After paying she than took her cash and walked away without packing for us. Shoprite hire people who are patient about their jobs, The service is unacceptable 🙄 and needs to be dealt with accordingly. We can't be treated like this as customers.
