Poor service

My late sister worked for Shoprite for more then 10 years. She was a very loyal and diligent manager. Sadly she passed on 3 January 2024, leaving behind her 2 small children. To date 1 November 2024, 10 months later, we haven't heard anything from Shoprite with regard to payment of her pension fund. We have submitted all the required documents on the time of request. Not once, did they make contact with the beneficiary which is the mother in this case. We are the once always having to phone and follow up, and get told everytime, they waiting for signatures from the board of trustees. How long does it take them to verify documents and sign them off? School preparations needs to be made for next year, not even talking about this year that has already passed without a cent for the kids. Thank God for family taking care of the little ones. I am appalled by this, coming from a very big reputable company. Highly disgusted.
