Poor service

Shoprite Ladysmith Murchison mall is now forcing us to use a Xtra saving card. It's been twice going there for shopping and they didn't allow me because I didn't have that card, it's like I went there to buy on credit I don't need their discount I'm willing to pay for what I want. They must also let us know that without that card you can't shop there so that we won't waste time on long queues for disappointments.
