poor service

I have had the most horrible experience at shoprite Diepsloot bambanani. We saw a sale written cardbury milk bar 150g assorted was R16. We took the chocolate to buy it as it was said its on sale but when we got to the cashier we where told that apparently the flavor we took is not on sale. But it was not specified which flavor is on sale. We asked for the manager who was very rude and told us he won't be selling us that flavor we saw on the signage. We took a picture to prove that the signage said every flavor is on sale and he said we can do whatever we want but he won't sell that flavor at a low price.
