Poor service

I was not happy with the service of Shoprite security officers, as I was busy doing shopping with my wife on the 7th of October 2019, we decided to get some other things at Shoprite Dobsonville mall while pushing a competitor trolley which was loaded with plastic bags with clothes, we were told not to enter with the trolley or else we must leave it at the parcel counter.

Logically, how can you leave a shopping trolley in the parcel counter and my wife was also denied to enter with her school bag as she uses it as a handbag and this is not the first time it happens. We decided to not buy anymore from that Shoprite
