Poor service

I was at shoprite in blue downs .i had a bad service there and they don't care at all including the manager. I stood there for an hour no one assistant me and i was there to exchange an iterm i had everything they needed but no one wants to assisted me up untill i shouted...am soo disappointed in them.i now go to Zevenwatch mall when i do groceries..i did reported the matter no one attended this matter and come back to me
