Poor service by Shoprite Roodekop

This is one of the busiest retail shops around Phumula township in Roodekop. It looks like management enjoys seeing a shop full of customers unnecessarily. This shop doesn't open enough till points and therefore you will always be met by long ques in the shop. Why don't they focus on quick service and open more tills at a time.
