Poor Service at Shoprite Witpoortjie

The client service at Shoprite Witpoortjie is unacceptable, I stood in the kiosk queue as I only had one item so I ask the lady behind the till if I could pay there and she said yes and carried on with another client so when it was my turn she took out a cards only board and then went into a office and never came back and a another lady approached me and just stared me dead in the eye and walked away after requesting to speak to a manager a guy with a trainee badge approached me and said that he is sorry but the shop was busy, I think this is unacceptable, as the people there does not want to work and as this is a new shop I will not show my face there again, and this is not the first time a experience this as this specific shop as last time I had to stand in a queue for lotto just to come to the front for them to tell me the system is offline. There is no client service at Shoprite Witpoortjie and I think it is really ridiculous for their staff to just ignore a client and move on as if I was never there.
