Poor service at Shoprite village Square mall

I was purchasing 6 items at Shoprite village Square mall, the teller didn't greet me only said plastic. While she was busy with my groceries 2 of her colleagues came to talk with her, and the one was even sitting on a chair behind her. She did not make any means of packing my groceries in the bag or asked her colleagues to assist. She told me pack your own bag this is a self packed counter, turn her back on me and continue with her conversation.Teller Nikiwe Mzizi
