Poor service at Shoprite Tshwane Regional Mall

The service at Shoprite in Tshwana Regional Mall is absolutely appalling!!! On 2 occasions I was unable to get a shopping trolley in the store and no one, absolutely no one could assist me.

The trolleys were all outside in the parking lot and I obviously had no idea that I wouldn't find any in the store and a shopping trolley is really the last thing on my mind as I'm walking towards the store.

I asked the security guard who then referred me to the manager on both occasions and I was told by the manager that there's nothing they can do. They were not called! Even though she saw me standing there with all my groceries!!!

I am never going back to that Shoprite!
