poor service @ shoprite Sontonga Mall

if you want poor service, go to Shoprite @ Sontonga Mall in Katlehong. I went there with my son and bought three Items & went to the kiosk, to my surprise the cashier tells me that she cannot assist my as the items i have she's not allowed to process at the kiosk, I asked for her manager by the name of Lebo i suppose is short for Lebohang who did not have time for me told me she cannot assist i must join a long queue behind me just to pay 3 items only imagine whereas i have spent time queuing at the kiosk that does not even have a sign that certain items are not processed there. Lebo just referred me to an express till so she says however there are people on the queue with a trolley that has more than 10 items and she says it is an express till, talk about people s****s and customer service, what a manager iyooo.
