Poor service at Shoprite Site C Plaza

I went to Shoprite Liquor Store Site C Plaza today 12:45 when i got there the doors were Closed.. I asked the Security what was the Problem he was so Rude he told me that Sisi its closed i asked why he told me that they having a problem with their tills and i must go we waited out site the Manager didn't even come to explain at 13:00 one of the cashiers came loughing saying it's 13:00 we are not going to open again and she left.... They service is poor they don't know how to deal with Customers I'm not happy at all
