Poor service at Shoprite Phahladira

Good day I'm disappointed with Shoprite Phahladira in Shongoane,there's always long lines and always there's no packers in every till,there's always two tills working with no packers,tried to speak to the store manager and he told me in the morning there's no business that is why there's only two tills working but i went there in the afternoon still found two tills working with no packers and long lines which is frustrating,Shoprite please respect us consumers we can't have long lines even if is not end of the month in the morning,we need packers in every till
