Poor service at Shoprite mams mall

What an awful disrespectful service i have received today at Shoprite Mams Mall, the cashier and other two employees where so rude to a point that they ended up talking and making fun of my employer just right in front of me, i was told that i can not pay at the till since it was for staff but the manner t in which i was told was so unprofessional and very rude. i was told that since i waited on that queue it means every shoprite employee who wants to pay will go before me and i said its ok, then came molokomme and magdeline the cashier's name is linda then started talking for like 15 to 20 minutes while im waiting in the queue, i mean molokomme and magdeline wanted to buy just lunch like my self instead they started talking about my employer and other banks and laughed while the cashier was entertaining them on a go slow. I was so hurt by their behavior because i felt disrespected and undermined as a customer. There are always nice and professional ways to address things to customers unlike how these three shoprite employees behaved.. Their service was so poor i don't even wish to go there any more, i already told my fellow colleagues about the treatment i have received from shoprite.
