Poor service at shoprite Khayelitsha cbd

I had bought an item at shoprite Mitchell's plain and noticed that it was faulty so i went to do an exchange at shoprite Khayelitsha cbd since its the closest .. The management refused to do the exchange for me. At first i was told to do the exchange to the same branch i had bought the item then they changed and said its not an electronic appliance so they cannot exchange it... The level of rudeness and mean behavior i got from Yolanda Mhlawuli and her Male collegue who didn't even want to give me his name is out of this world😡😡.... They both need management training and learn how to communicate with customers. Its unfortunate that i cannot rate their branch but shoprite as a whole. I had to drive to shoprite mitchell's plain and i was assisted with no issues whatsoever thank you shoprite mitchell's plain
