Poor service at Shoprite Jan Smuts

My dad and I were paying at Shoprite Jan Smuts with R5 coins that were already sorted and Pitsi Mpyana told us that we were supposed to go to another till and find someone who needed coins because she already had a lot . We asked her how were we supposed to know who has enough coins and who didn’t and she just kept complaining about having too many coins and complaining to her other ***orkers saying her head cannot work coz of the coins that time we paid with R255 that was already sorted. Poor service from this lady like if she doesn’t need the work she must say as there are many willing people who wouldn’t mind to do the work with a smile
