Poor service at Shoprite Glenridge

I have been buying the roasted/fried chicken 🐔 and pap/rice meal from Shoprite for my lunch for quite some time now. But last week,I bought one in the afternoon and found a lot of permed hair on the food 🤢🤢🤢.

Took the food back to Shoprite Glenridge,Protea Glen,extension 16. Showed the food to one lady in was referred to by one of the employees. Got my R25 refund. She said they will call me. I should expect a call from the shop. Till today- no phone call has been made to.me. I have also realized their "Texan steak" is made of rotten beef meat🥩!!! So disappointing 😞 from.such a bug shop!
