Poor service at Shoprite

I was at Shoprite Bridge city to book a bus, upon arrival I was assisted by Nozipho who was seated next to Sphindile. I must emphasize the service was very poor. I told her I was there to book a bus from Dbn to Jhb and want to leave tonite. As I was giving her the info Sphindile was busy having a loud private conversation that Nozipho was not even listening to me and she kept on asking me to repeat myself while busy chatting to Sphindile. It was very disgusting not to be prioritized as a client. Their convo could have waited till I was assisted fully because it was not even work related.
