Poor service at Shoprite

The service i got from a cashier at money market just 15 min ago @shoprite lansdown corner was a disgrace, she could not even ask me what i was there to do, let alone great, she continued to converse with her fellow colleague and when she was finally ready to assist me she asked me for a M number and i was there to book a bus which i ended up not booking because she was not interested in assisting me. This was my first time ever to experience such level of service at shoprite and i was stunned.
