POOR SERVICE AT SHOPRITE

i went to shoprite on the 29 09 2019.. to buy few thing wich i need to pay at their express till, to my suprice tere way a lady there who works at shoprite who cotrols the que there , she took people fro express till and mix them with the normal till how can u que with people who has ladge trollies while you paying fo 4 iterms , i asked the lady witch she man haddled me . she pushed me to the que that was so embarassing and unconfortable , i left the store without paying for what i came for....
