Poor service at shop right rosettenville

Service is disgusting. We wanted to just pay for three joko tea boxes and we moved from pillar to post . From teller to teller no service. My mom had hip replacement surgery done and she's a pensioner but no one bothers to assist. What a disgrace. We even went to the cigarette counter to pay and the woman instructed we can't pay there. We eventually left the tea. They can stick it. They lost customers. If they want us back they must deliver the tea special to our address just to make up for the inconvenience and poor service we got. Let's see if they are ethical and business savvy enough to make sure the customer is always right.
