Poor service and bad attitude

After standing for more than 10 minutes on the line to pay for one item at the kioks, cashier at Kioks told me I can not pay at Kioks for an item that I took inside the shop. I became so angry because every time when am at Shoprite for one or two items I use Kioks to pay, what disgusted me is the fact that I've been standing there waiting to pay all to find out the cashier knows that she won't assist me but it took her almost 10 minute to tell me that I won't be able to get her service.
