Poor service and attitude from staff

I went to Shoprite Lilian Ngoyi to do my shopping as usual, I went to the ba*****t to add baby staff to my shopping. A lady by the name of Lebogang. was the cashier. She rang the items and added a dishwasher that was not on my shopping list. I then told her that she made a mistake and i should be refunded. She then called a till controller on duty to assist, the guy told me that I should go upstairs at the customer service and do a refund myself. I then told him that this was not my mistake He should go and refund the item on my behalf or call the manager on duty. He refused unapologeticly and left me at the point of sale. He said he will not leave his staff and work to make a refund for me. He then went to the phone and call his manager who told him that I should come upstairs at customer service and make a refund myself, the manager never bothered to even come and resolve my problem. The lack of customer care and service was very poor, it clearly shows that Shoprite staff lack skills of communication and interaction with their customers, they dont know what customer satisfaction is. I am dissapointed.
