poor service again at shoprite tubatse crossing

On Tuesday around 14h30 i went shoprite and i wanted to buy a can of coldrink and a pen, i went to the tills the was a long ques then i saw only one customer at their cigaret counter nd i went there nd the lady who was cashier finished with a customer nd i was suppose to be assisted bt i was told they cant help me i have to go back to the cashiers or go their express terminal that is hiding and its far from the door i ask the supervisor that was next to the cashier nd said its either i go pay there or i wont be assisted.i dont have a choice.but before we used to buy there nd there is even not a signage saying that in theae counter its only cigarets.i am dissapointed shoorite
