Poor Service

Pathetic service received from Shoprite(Zeerust). Had to wait for the manager's password for over 20 minutes because they all went to "dc". I am a customer and I don't know the shoprite jargon.

Petrus comes to insert the password without even apologizing. We're treated as if our money is not worth the service.
