Poor service

The last time I have complained about the state of service at shoprite, from supervisors up until cashiers and security no contact has been made. On Sunday September 8, 2019 I have received once more poor service I left and decided to do a refund because Management doesn't care when customers brings poor service to their attention. So I think I must run a campaign against service received from Management, supervisor's and all staff of your staff. I will buy again but I will record all interactions with staff in your Aliwal North branch and post it on YouTube. I'm totally unhappy because of the service provide.
