poor service

I asked teller to assist with the laduma specials but she was not sure and told me to ask supervisor.The supervisor was not willing to assist at all and all that time she was on a personal call I went to her twice and still she did not assist.If a supervisor who is in that postion to assist is not willing to assist customers what is she teaching the people she is leading
