Poor Service

I went to Shoprite at Denlyn Mall also know as Mamelodi Crossing. I was rather disappointed with the service received. We were in the queue for almost 30min waiting to be assisted. This was a result of the cashier having to till groceries and actually pack them herself. I asked why there is no till packers, they had not yet started the shift. There was only 1 till packer assisting. Really over month end it is expected that it will be busy. Is the service of low quality because it is in the township?
