Poor service

went to Shoprite Butterworth at Fingoland mall. when I got there. the cues were so long and I went straight for the kiosk. when u got the,,the lady who was there she left immediately. I asked for help from a lady who works there and was passing my like I wasn't even standing there. Her name tag was written Sonjica. Askies sis I need help What do you want,she asked. I need a pack of cigarettes and she told me that "as you can see the cues,join them and buy your cigarettes" am like then what's the reason for you guys to have a kiosk and not have anybody to run it, her answer was,am sure you not here for cigarettes,you here to question us and yet you can see how busy we are. Even the express line was so long and when I looked at the people in that line. One lady had so many things and sure her items were above the limit for the express lane.
