Poor Service

The customer service from witpoortjie shoprite is terrible, the cashier think they are doing you a favor when you shop there. Especially when you ask for cash back on your purchases, you can't tell me the whole cashiers doesn't have R200.00 on their till. Unless you insist on your purchase you will never get any cash back irrespective of amount. The other day I was told by the cashier that I can't buy tickets for an event on their system, as their system only allows to print a ticket was customer purchase online. This was not true, until I escalated the matter to their manager as this wasn't the first excuse given to me before. The store very convenient around the area ,but would prefer to travel far due to the unfriendly cashiers thinking they are doing customers any favors. I am during the interviews they didn't display this kind of attitude hence they got employed.
