Poor service

#blackfriday I would to express my disappointment with Shoprite. The were advertising a 3m x 3m Bush baby gazebo for R599-00 which ended on 10 November 2019. I've been to Shoprite Melody walk in town centre as well as Shoprite in Lentegeur to purchase the gazebo but both stores didn't have stock. Both of the store managers gave me rain cheques, meaning that I can purchase the item for the same price whenever they have it stock again. I was also promised a phone call when the stock has arrived but I still have not received a call. I am starting to think that they give you a rain cheque just to get rid of you with no intention of ever calling the customer
