Poor service

I was at shoprite newgate yesterday they are service is bad. I went to withdraw money i wanted to buy bread I started the queue in money market the cashier told me she doesn't have cash i must go to tills okay I went there they told me they don't have i ask cashier where is yourthe front controller? She showed me the controller and her i want to withdraw money can you please request money for me in your cash office the answer was you can go and request for your self i must do her job ?im a customer im not working for shoprite please your cashiers are soo rude
