Poor Service

<p>I went to U Save Bethu;lie and asked threm to order soda water.<br />I was informed to write it in the complaints / complements book for the Arera manager to see.<br />Well it took the staff 5 minutes to find the book.<br />I paged through the book and the last time it was signed by the Area Manager was June 2015. Yes 2015 Two years ago.<br />So what is the use of writing something down when the Area Manager does not even look at the compliant material that shpoul;d be signed on every visit to the Branch.<br /><br /></p>
