Poor service

Hi,today 07/02/21 I went at Naledi shoprite.the service was very bad! First of all there was shopping baskets and trolleys all over and there's no staff member who's responsible to remove them for customer's safety,secondly I arrived at the tills and assisted by a lady called Thembi,she did not greet me but scanned my items while chatting to a teller next to her.she told me the Total of which it was R326.96 and I paid R327 and my change was never given to me and when I handed over cash she was spinning on her chair.the Transaction was done and she didnt even offered me plastic bags and I had to but plastics and after she told me to pack for myself wow!!! I was told it was serve yourself!!!!! The other old gentleman had a complain next to me as I was walking out of the store and he was told this is the different shoprite with its own rules!!!

As I arrived at the door I had my slips on hand and security blocked me and asked for receipts and I gave them, while signing he was talking to the other security while I was waiting and didnt acknowledge me that he must put the receipt inside and as I told him to do so he just shoved them so hard inside my plastics.

Poor service I've ever experienced in my entire life since shopping at shoprite!!!!!
