Poor service

<p>O went to shoprite store in Rustenburg Midtown Mall to buy a cell c SIM card so that I can do a sim swap after my phone was ****** I was told by the cashier that they do not sell SIM card without registering it . I tried to explain to them that with cellc network in order to do sim swap the SIM card must not be registered and I even showed them on the sim pack where it is written no rica required, but the stupid cashier just said it is their policy. I am really disappointed in shoprite. See me there again cut my legs. Nxa</p>
