poor service

<p>I was at shoprite in the new mall of alex on 30th May 2017 at around 18h40 was suprise by long queues so i wanted to know whats happening only four pay point working, after five minutes the other one was closed so asked 4 Store Manager no one know who is the store manager even the secutriy they know so i was so suprise so just leave the shop with paying my stuff will not buy anything from that shoprite the service is very very poor .......................</p>
