Poor service

<p>I bought groceries at shoprite church street Pretoria & I was told that I cannot leave the shop with a troller. I requested to speak to the branch manager instead they called an admin manager & she told me that yes I cannot go out with the trolley. When did Shoprite introduce this? Does that means as customers we must carry our groceries with our hands? Worse part I had a baby with me, how was I supposed to carry my baby & my groceries. Does this new policy applies to all shoprite stores?</p>
