POOR SERVICE

<p>Shoprire Florida Third avenuegoldman street to buy few things so that i can get cash back, so i spent R103.05 and before the cashier put through my grocery i immeiately informed her that i need cash back , she proceeded with my grocery after that she told me that she does not have money at her till i will have to go to some other tills to request for cash back, i told her i dont want to use my card twice so she can cancel the order and i go to the till where they have cash she rudely denied throwing the swiping machine at me stating that she already put my things thru and she cant void. This is not the first time this cashier does the same attitude , Early January i bought stationery of up to R1200 one of my items did not have the scan code of which she refused to stand up and get the right item.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totatlly unacceptable service and disgusting , can someone at that shop deal with this lady- C0116 im sure thats her code.</p>
