poor service

<p>i was recently at Shoprite had Bought only two items and i tried to pay at the Kiosk and was told rudely by the teller Management doesnt allow people to pay there , i asked another teller and she said there was an express till which was closed bare in in mind its 3pm on a saterday i had to wait over 45mins just to pay for to items this is very poor service that express till should be manned till the store closes as there wer alot of people with single items in hand waiting with people with trolleys this does not make business sense.</p>
