Poor service

I bought 9 bags of 10kg flour, when I was at the till the cashier called the security guard to come and count the flours on the trolley so that we only lift 1 10kg instead of the whole 90 kg. The security refused, with an attitude. We had a mini argument, so I proceeded with lifting all the bags by myself and the was no shoprite assistant to come and help me pack all the 9 bags of 10kg flour on the trolley.
