Poor service

<p>I bought airtime with other items,however I didn't receive a print out of the airtime,and I only realized when I got home. I went back and was told there was nothing they could do. I mean I don't have time to be lying about airtime, I have other things to do. I'm very disappointed n the manager had no compassion at all. And you wonder why people prefer other supermarkets, because a customer is head. I want my airtime I'm not bothered about the store policies, if this is not resolved ul be losing another customer .</p>
