Poor service

Branch 34752, Cashier : Phunyezwa, she reports to Admin Manager : Yolanda Mabele, date 29/10/22 I would like to report a pathetic service received from the Shoprite Store in Tembokwez , the service received was absolutely shocking and it's not the 1st time getting this type of treatment, I don't even enjoy going to that Store , the Cashier was blatant rude, please find her recording attached as proof of her unacceptable behaviour We won't tolerate the Rude behaviour and Bad Attitudes as if she is making us favour , she's employed by your Company and is there to serve us She told me to wait on the queue for up until I have no idea she also said it will depend which client is depositing money so I could stand there until Jesus comes back I wanna raise a point , the ShopRite cashiers they tend to think they are making us a favour when one does the above transaction, and I know these are not free services I pay for them , and ShopRite has an agreement or contract with Capitec I requested to withdrew money from from Capitec cash send I will also be escalating this to Capitec Complaints line , because this is the struggle we deal with everyday with ShopRite customers
