Poor service

I was standing in a queue at Shoprite in Bloemfontein Middestad centre for 15 to 20min while only 6 tills were open to serve more than 70+ people. On a busy day, on month-end, one would think at least 12 of the 19 tills would be used. This is pathetic. What makes it worse is that none of the floor managers are bothered by this. None of them took ownership of the situation. Absolutely appauling.
