Poor Service

Good day,

I am not the type to escalate matters to this level however I just had to. I went to visit Shoprite in Protea Gardens as I always do. For the 1st time in two years I had to buy tickets at this particular branch as it is closest to where I live. I understand that it is the 16th of December and it is busy almost everywhere and hence the ques were very long.

However, I couldnt understant why I was on the que for +- 2hours. While waiting, those who came after me would be served 1st. They would call those doing deposits and withdrawals and forgetting that we also need service. It took me 2hours to get my tickets instead of 20 mins. I do not understand why others are given priority.

Maybe my transaction was not fruitful in your company. This is a mistake I will not repeat again in my life.....!
