Poor service

I am uterly disgusted with the service i recieved from 2 different shoprite,first i called the phoenix branch and was greeted by the most unhelpful and rude person , was put on hold forever and decided to try another store only to get greeted by an even worse guy. He refuse to help me saying there is absolutely no one who would be able to take my details and call me back with my Enquiry... i mean really i didnt even mind holding . He was rude and unfriendly and has the worst customer service ever. I dont understand why have someone at switchboard .... atleast of the staff are unable to help i d suggest to teach them people s****s and how to speal politely at least... absolutely poor service...so disappointed !! All i wanted to do was enquire the price of concert tickets available at the time
