Poor service

I bought essential twin spiral hotplate at shoprite Tembisa plaza,stove is 8months old,I went to report the stove that is not working, I waited for an hour for them to assist me. The gentleman by surname Makhubela after an hour waiting he came back with spiral that I must go and installed it myself ,where is service? If they wanted to repair it why they didn't take it I will wait for that period, I will never buy appliances to them never.
