Poor Service

Arrived late at almost closure of Shoprite C*****dene. Picked up a few items while at the till asked the cashier NO NAME BADGE but she was wearing a traditional animal skin bracelet where I can pick up Dragon energy drink. She told me they are in the fridge..I asked which fridge as there are so may fridges in the shop she just looked aside with no care at all possibly tired. As I was telling her that this is bad customer service a VERY RUDE SECURITY lady approached and said we did you a favour as we had already closed the shop we thought you walked in with a MANAGER that apparently entered the shop at the same time with me. There were still a few customers in the shop doing last minute shopping. I did not respond to her somehow no care attitude as she felt they did me a favor to buy from the shop. I felt like being an advocate of great customer service this must not go un noticed as I also saw quite a few negative comments regarding this particular outlet. A lot need to be done to improve service here specially during these difficult times where every hard earned cent count. And with a lot of jobless youths out there who are more than willing to offer perfect CUSTOMER SERVICE. Date of this encounter was on Tuesday the 26th of January
